Empowering Community Leaders

Impact Report 2023-2025

A celebration of changemakers building stronger organisations, deeper community power.

Across three years, Do it Now Now supported hundreds of founders and organisations to move from intention to action, from fragility to resilience, and from vision to infrastructure.

A Letter from the Board

As the Board of Do it Now Now, we are proud to introduce this Impact Report: a celebration of what has been built, what has been learned, and what becomes possible when Black and Global Majority-led organisations are supported with care, rigour, and belief.

Between 2023 and 2025, DiNN delivered 20 programmes, supported 413 organisations and individuals, distributed £2,654,723 in grant funding, and grew a community of thousands of changemakers across the UK. These numbers matter, but they are only part of the story.

Behind every programme is a founder trying to move from survival to sustainability. Behind every grant is an organisation meeting a community need that might otherwise go unsupported. Behind every Health Check is a moment of honesty: a chance to name what is fragile, recognise what is strong, and build the systems that allow good work to last.

This report shows that Black and Global Majority-led organisations are not short of vision, ambition, talent, or commitment. What they are too often denied is infrastructure: the governance, finance, networks, capacity, and long-term support that allow their work to grow safely and sustainably.

DiNN exists to close that gap.

As a Board, we are proud of the way DiNN continues to combine heart with evidence. The impact described in these pages is deeply human, but it is also measurable: stronger organisations, more confident leaders, deeper partnerships, increased community impact, and a growing ecosystem of alumni, advisors, funders, and partners.

This report is both a celebration and an invitation.

It celebrates the founders, grantees, alumni, trainers, Critical Friends, staff, funders, and partners who have contributed to this work. It also invites others to join us in building the infrastructure Black and Global Majority changemakers need, not only to survive, but to lead, grow, and build what lasts.

Thank you to everyone whose work is reflected in this report. Thank you for trusting DiNN. Thank you for building with us. And thank you for reminding us what becomes possible when communities are resourced with care.
