Tej Dhami

Tej Dhami is the founder and Managing Director of The Change Coefficient, a leading social impact and investment advisory firm bridging the worlds of social enterprise, commissioning, and investment. With a career spanning investment banking, equity fund management, and social enterprise incubation, Tej has funded, supported, and built social enterprises across India, Myanmar, and the UK. She has assisted over two hundred mission driven organisations in launching, growing, and raising more than £100 million in investment.

Prior to her work in development Tej was a Vice President of equity research at JPMorgan and a fund manager at Odey Asset Management. She holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford.

Tej is a firm believer in the power of community. She volunteers at her local library and nursery, indulging her passion for storytelling.
