As the Grants and Programmes Manager at Do it Now Now, I lead the design and delivery of our funding programmes, ensuring our processes are equitable, transparent and deeply rooted in the needs of Black-led and Global Majority organisations. With a background in project delivery and organisational transformation, I bring a thoughtful and solutions-focused approach to my work. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for people to succeed and believe in the power of equity and community to drive lasting change.
