Mission & Core Focus

Women Research Network supports underrepresented researchers by creating inclusive pathways for research development, collaboration, publication and knowledge exchange. Its community includes postgraduate researchers, early career researchers, independent scholars, practitioner-researchers and established academics who contribute as mentors and collaborators.

Initiative Key Achievement

The strongest recent achievement is the development of a high-impact, community-driven research ecosystem that helps Black researchers produce, publish and gain recognition within academia. Over the past six months, members have collectively contributed to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, including journal articles, book chapters and collaborative research outputs. Across the past 12 months, the network has also supported 26 academic papers presented at leading international conferences, including ISBE, BAM, G20, DIANA, GWO, IEF and AOM.
