I was featured in the Business & Financial Times newspaper as the “New Wave of Championing HR” and recognised by Obaasema Magazine as a Game Changer, and was a nominee for the Efie Ne Fie Award by Guba Awards in the UK in 2017. I am on a mission to showcase African talent to the world and make an impact and impart on others through my professional and personal mentoring, coaching, HR, leadership and advisory journey.

Experience with DiNN

Being part of the cohort in 2022 was amazing, experiential, eye – opening and a journey worthwhile. By applying all I learned, especially the ‘Scaling your Business’ session to my company RecTrain Services Limited, I not only benefited personally but also greatly in my business. At the end of 2022, the firm generated a seven-figure profit for the first time and currently for 2023 we have achieved 200% of our profit goal for the business. In addition, RecTrain is more structured in utilising all the resources, especially technology, efficiently and promptly in our service delivery. To have the one-stop-shop experience including the consistent support (group and 1-2-1) throughout the programme at our beck and call is one that I would want others to experience, and have been recommending within my network to enrol on the various programmes being run by DiNN especially my Black female entrepreneurs.

Being part of the advisory board will help guide the future of DiNN through sharing my expertise (personal and professional) alongside other colleagues for success and in turn learn from others.

What Impact means to me

One person....one change… at a time to multitude impact.
