Chantal M'Biki is Crafting Stories That Empower Black Entrepreneurs and Inspire Connection

Chantal M’Biki
Founder, HOUSE OF LILIAH

Chantal M'Biki is a brand strategist, wellness advocate and community champion whose work sits at the intersection of purpose, creativity and impact. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, she understands the power of storytelling to connect, inspire and mobilise. Today, as a member of Do it Now Now’s Community Advisory Board, Chantal brings both strategic insight and a grounded commitment to building visibility for Black-led organisations.

Balancing her corporate career, entrepreneurship and motherhood, Chantal is no stranger to navigating complexity. These experiences have shaped her perspective and fuelled her drive to create meaningful opportunities for others—particularly those often left out of traditional networks of support.

A Career Built on Strategy and Purpose

Chantal’s marketing expertise spans global brands, grassroots initiatives and personal ventures. Her ability to craft narratives that resonate has helped individuals and organisations elevate their message and strengthen their connection to audiences. At the heart of her work is the belief that every brand has the potential to inspire change when built with intention and care.

As the founder of HOUSE OF LILAH, Chantal has experienced firsthand the challenges faced by Black women in business. Visibility, funding access and sustainable growth remain major barriers. Her journey through DiNN’s entrepreneurship programme provided her with practical tools, a supportive network and renewed confidence in her mission. That experience continues to shape her contributions on the Advisory Board today.

Championing Wellness, Creativity and Community

Chantal’s vision of impact is rooted in small, consistent actions that ripple outward. Her commitment to holistic wellness informs every aspect of her work. As she trains to become a Reiki master, she is expanding her toolkit for helping others manage stress, reconnect with their creativity and find balance in their personal and professional lives.

She brings this mindset into her work with DiNN, where her focus is on amplifying the organisation’s message and helping more people understand and engage with its mission. Her dual experience in corporate marketing and entrepreneurship gives her a unique ability to bridge sectors and align values with action.

Chantal knows what it takes to build something from the ground up, and she brings this experience to support DiNN’s community of Black entrepreneurs and change-makers.

A Vision Rooted in Empowerment

Chantal believes that real change happens when people are equipped with both the tools and the belief that they can lead. She brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and practical experience to her role. Her goal is to continue supporting DiNN’s expansion by strengthening its communications, building partnerships and ensuring its work reaches more people who can benefit.

Her legacy is one of empowerment and possibility. She is committed to showing others that it's never too late to create something meaningful, to follow a new path, or to turn a personal passion into a force for good.

A Final Word

“Start by showing up. Whether it’s attending an event, mentoring someone, or sharing your skills, there are so many ways to support Black-led organisations. Your presence, voice and knowledge all have the power to contribute to lasting impact.”

About the Community Advisory Board at Do it Now Now

At Do it Now Now, we empower Black people with the skills, tools, and resources they need to lead, influence, and create the future, for themselves and their communities. Our values are clear: We are ambitious. We believe in community. We build trust.

The Community Advisory Board plays a central role in shaping how we deliver on our mission. Made up of individuals who have taken part in our programmes, the board brings lived experience, insight and accountability to the heart of our work. Members understand the journey of Black-led charities and social enterprises and use that knowledge to guide our programme design and resource development.

Through quarterly meetings, the Advisory Board co-produces aspects of DiNN’s strategy, research priorities, and storytelling. Members provide valuable feedback, healthy challenge and forward-thinking recommendations, ensuring that our work remains community-led, impact-driven, and aligned with our vision of systemic equity.

Together, we are building stronger foundations for the next generation of Black leaders.
