Siân​ Prime 

Board member

Siân Prime is a member of Do It Now Now’s Futures Board. She works to ensure a more inclusive approach to enterprise development and education and it is for this reason she is honoured to support the work and vision of  Do It Now Now.

Siân is Deputy Director for Goldsmiths’ Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (ICCE), and Academic Lead for Enterprise for Goldsmiths.  She has developed Synapse, a service that is available to all students and staff at Goldsmiths, and develops entrepreneurial thinking and potential. She also teaches on the MA Social Entrepreneurship programme - and has developed a module that supports any Masters student in Goldsmiths to develop their understanding of the practicalities of cultural enterprise.


Siân has been Co-Investigator in to new digital business models and online audience development approaches with Coney and the Department of Computing. She is currently researching and writing collaboratively on the sustainability of creative practice, was elected to be a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts 17 years ago and is also Chair of National Ugly Mugs. She has a background in funding and investment, and has developed programmes for hub leaders and cultural entrepreneurs in East Africa.
