Service Highlight - Talent development programmes.

Investing in the development of underrepresented talent and leadership at your organisation gives you the opportunity to:
  • Assist employees in achieving their full potential.
  • Retain them within your organisation for much longer (saving on turnover costs).
  • Empower diverse perspectives to contribute to the development of your organisation.
We support organisations to ensure that they are closing the skills and opportunity gaps that will ensure the forward movement of their organisation through effective, longer-term contributions from satisfied and highly engaged employees.

“Your responsibility, beyond your social impact, beyond your bottom-line and daily tasks, is the creation and continued development of an atmosphere that makes everyone that comes into contact with it feel seen, heard and alive. That must include your employees at every level.”

- Bayo Adelaja , CEO on the importance of Talent Development

We offer an array of pre-organised training programmes for racialised staff, non-racialised staff and leadership within the organisation. We also have the capacity to develop customised training programmes for your organisation upon request.

The time to change is now. We have developed a methodology that ensures the success of your employees through our training programmes.

We call it ASAP:
  • Awareness: your employees will have a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as well as their short, mid and long term career goals.
  • Self-actualisation: we know there is no linear career path and we teach to support the development of skills that can be used in multiple contexts for that reason.
  • Activation: through case studies, simulations and short-term projects, we provide training that will stay with them when they’re under pressure.
  • Personalisation: we develop training with personalisation in mind. We are sensitive to the needs of individual employees so that we can ensure their success throughout, and after, the program.
We develop high impact innovations that solve key problems within hard-to-reach communities. We work with clients and funders to create new methods and practices that will provide much needed insights into the effects of certain solutions to the outcomes of organisations in need.

Despite the vast majority of the Black population becoming active in small scale voluntary schemes, only a small percentage of the black community actually engages with formal social issue based campaigns run by large charity organisations.

We were brought on to design and run a project that would ignite activism in the black community on the subject of Period Poverty. We created multiple activation opportunities that supported 14000 Black people in London.

Empowering Black Creatives with ASOS.

We worked with the fashion company to engage a new group of stakeholders into the work they do to support underserved groups in Kenya.

We convened a group of 35 fashion entrepreneurs and created a curriculum of learning and knowledge sharing with the ASOS team so that each attendee left with information they could share with their followers and customers in the future.
