Ryan Farrell is the People and HR Manager at Do it Now Now.

As the People and HR Manager, Ryan is constantly learning and adapting my skills that he has developed throughout his career. Beginning his journey at university where he graduated in Business Management, unaware of his future career, yet fortunate enough to begin applying his theoretical skills in management within the British Army. Ryan has since gained further experience working as an Employment Law Consultant advising small and medium businesses at how to best manage their people whilst complying with UK Employment Law.
