Eloise Rahman (she/her) is the Head of Inclusive Enterprise at Do it Now Now, and joins the organisation through the On Purpose Associate programme, a development programme for purpose-driven professionals committed to contribute to an economy that works for all.
Eloise is delighted to join Do It Now Now, having been engrossed in racial justice and social mobility issues since she was introduced to intersectional feminism by her English teachers at school. Eloise is working on Do It Now Now's Inclusive Enterprise strategy, on a mission to provide high quality training and support to the Social Impact sector. Before joining Do It Now Now, Eloise worked in education. After graduating with a Mathematics and Music degree, she taught secondary mathematics through the Teach First programme and then spent several years in a rapidly-growing education start-up. Here she worked on the strategy and implementation of support for specific learning difficulties, mental health, maths and English qualifications, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Outside of work, Eloise loves to spend time with friends and tries to maximise her interactions with art and nature. She's passionate about a range of social justice issues and is always looking to learn more. |
