Dr Dyneshia Johnson is a Senior Business Skills Developer at Do it Now Now.
Dyneshia has spent the past 15 years in healthcare and higher education in Trinidad, USA and the UK. She is committed to knowledge exchange and aims to bring new and contemporary knowledge from academia to industry and communities in useable forms to influence their purpose, build their resilience and secure their futures. This commitment is driven by her doctoral and current research interests in entrepreneurship, leadership, healthcare systems and equality, diversity and inclusion. These areas of expertise have seen her lead and design programmes and develop content for undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education as well as funded national and international leadership development interventions including the Help to Grow: Management Course, Help to Grow: Management Alumni Network, Small Business Leadership Programme (finalist in the 2021 East Midlands Chambers of Commerce Awards) and the National and European Junior Leadership Academies for Nurses (winner at the 2014 Nursing Times Awards). Dyneshia has also worked as the Lead Evaluation Associate for the university spin-off company, Reverse Mentoring for Equality Diversity and Inclusion (ReMEDI), whose interventions are widely used in healthcare, higher education (STEM) and local government sectors across the UK. |
